The room is literally “mini”, there is no room even to unpack a big suitcase. The bathroom needs a fresh-up

"Pleasant stay"

Amazing location. Steps away from Syracuse cathedral. Perfectly adequate for somewhere to sleep and store belongings for short trip. AC was great addition but I doubt it would be enough in peak of summer. For end of May it was perfect. Also, WiFi was strong and fast. Clean bathroom. Overall happy with my stay.

Facilities could be a little better which would make the stay, and value for money, even better. Hot water didn't work one morning. An ironing board is essential but wasn't one in the room or shared area. Some toiletries would be great, even if it meant price was slightly higher e.g. shower gel, toothpaste. Note, there was shampoo available. Also, I think the bedding could do with being replaced as was quite tired looking. Also, the door on the room is barely a door. I'd not feel safe leaving anything of value. Would advise that is changed.
