The location was great for a party we were going to in Stamford town. The room and bathroom were clean.

The property is on a junction of two roads. In the ground floor room we had we didn't open the window so couldn't hear the traffic especially over the noise of the requested fan, which was very dusty. Poor nights sleep not helped by the nylon bedclothes. Car park very tight, we scraped the underneath of our car which was parked in the end space.

Everything, the owner is so welcoming. The room has everything you could need, including beautiful decor, nice shower, perfect temperature in the heat, windows were open on arrival, kettle with tea, coffee complimentary biscuits. The property's location is near to all amenities, restaurants, pubs, theatre, shops. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect for our activities. Room was immaculate and comfortable.

Room was quiet with window closed but it was a warm night and we would have liked to open the window. However traffic was noisy with window open.

Host was very frienly and welcoming room was clean and comfortable I slept well
