Do not use any additional services offered by the host. Air conditioning costs an additional $7 per night, which is a lot. You can find similarly priced rooms with air conditioning nearby. The kayak trip is also twice as expensive (and even shorter) than other offers in the area. I made a mistake and rented a motorbike from the host. I received the vehicle with an empty tank, and no one told me. The fuel gauge and fuel reserve gauge didn't work. Neither did the speedometer. Unfortunately, the next day, I was involved in an accident. I received no help from the rental company. They only advised me not to report the incident to the police or file a police complaint (the accident wasn't my fault). And it was my mistake to listen to them. I was in shock after the accident in a foreign country and wasn't thinking straight. No one came to the scene of the accident to help me or even arranged for the motorcycle to be transported. Strangers who witnessed the incident helped me with everything. I was informed by gems garden host that the vehicle was insured and that I wouldn't be responsible for any additional costs. However, on the way back to the hotel, I received a message from him that I had to pay the towing driver for this service. And I did After returning, things only got worse. I was told I had to take responsibility for everything that happened because it was all my fault. I was given a ridiculous amount to pay. I could have fled because they didn't have my passport or security deposit, but I stayed because I wanted to be honest and not leave them with this problem. But I was the only person in this conflict who wanted to be honest. The owner of the vehicle is threatening me with the police. He says he's been arrested and I won't be able to leave the country because he has friends in the police force. It was a very stressful situation for me! I was injured in an accident, in shock and intimidated.

Was een mooie rustige locatie dicht bij het strand met meerde eettentjes op loopafstand. De host was aardig en behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons voorzien van een scooter voor een goede prijs. Ook maakt hij een lekkere smoothie voor ontbijt.

Het is niet heel schoon. Onderlaken van het bed was heel smerig. Ook hing er nog een groot spinnenweb boven de douche toen we aankwamen. Een andere gast had ook een scooter gehuurd via deze host. Nadat ze een ongeluk had gereden werd ze aansprakelijk gesteld voor alle schade en de schade van de tegenpartij. Let er dus op dat deze huur scooters niet verzekerd zijn! Ontbijt was heel simpel (Iets te lang gebakken toast met ei en jam). Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was qua ontbijt niet goed.

Nothing it was all good

The owner was very helpful with everything, we needed little fridge so he arranged one for us for 6dolars/night, and he and his family was friendly. Accomodation was clear and natural and calm,A/C worked well, hot water in shower also, some ants in cabin but its in nature so you get used to it. Beaches few minutes walking, sunbeds in restaurants for free( in case you drink or eat there something).

Internet connection and signal itself was very poor in that area, but this cannot be influenced. Breakfast was very simple but for the price sufficient.

Nice private cabana. Well equiped and clean. Access to the beach. Nice and helpful owners. Kayaks available to see the lagoon.
