Une situation exceptionnelle. Calme au milieux des oiseaux. Des singes. Des écureuils. Piscine très agréable et sans chlore. Personnel aux petits soins y compris le voisin. Des balades sensationnelles avec des plages paradisiaques à 5 et 20 minutes.

Terrasse sans rambarde qui demande attention. Quelques aboiements du chien Boby qui montre sa joie.

After a sleepless night at our previous stop, arriving at Brown Birds felt like pure bliss — the only sound we could hear was birdsong. It was exactly what we needed. Pradeep welcomed us with a warm smile, and within minutes we were cooling off in the pool, instantly relaxed. Pradeep’s family runs a small restaurant next door, so we booked dinner for our first evening. The food was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt genuinely looked after. So good we went for our last evening too. ( Sunset View Seafood Restaurant) We had a wonderful three-night stay. Pradeep was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, and he truly made our visit a special experience. The beach is just a short walk away — quiet, unspoilt, and beautiful. A short tuk-tuk ride takes you into Tangalle, making it easy to explore while still enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Super friendly family owned homestay! The location was perfect to explore this part of the south and was actually our favorite part. It’s near the main road but still so tranquil.

From the first to the last moment, the smiling and kind owner will take care of you and will help you with everything you need. The villa is located in a beautiful garden, from the balconies you can listen to the birds singing and observe the colorful plants. I enjoyed the rich breakfast, swimming in the pool and being on the local beach, which is a real undiscovered gem. I can only recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax or explore Tangalle area. I will definitely come back and stay much longer. Thank you for everything Wasantha!

Duża willa z prywatnym basenem. Nasi synowie nie chcieli z niego wychodzić, potrafili siedzieć w nim do 22. Basen, pokoje i łazienki bardzo czysto. Nie korzystaliśmy z kuchni. Nie było komarów. W nocy bardzo cicho. Dziękujemy za miły pobyt. Polecamy

Sehr geräumige Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Umgeben von schönem Garten, grossen Bäumen mit vielen bunten Vögeln und als Highlight der private Swimmingpool in einladendem Türkis neben der Poolterrasse. Mehrere schöne Strände sind zufuss erreichbar, wobei Paradisebeach ein wirklich paradiesischer Ort ist. Gut geeignet zum Schwimmen, mit einem wildromantischen Restaurant und nur wenigen Besuchern - ein Geheimtipp! Der Gastgeber Pradeep ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Er kennt die Umgebung bestens und freut sich, seine Gäste beraten zu dürfen. Er hat uns immer wieder mit den besten Spezialitäten und einheimischen Gerichten überrascht. Alles in allem ein autentischer Sri Lanka Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlichem Kontakt mit Einheimischen.

Owner is very kind, and supportive. Nearby there is a nice wide beach, but we didn't swim there.

There is a pair of birds who like to knock on the window, therefore making a noise.

The best place to relax and worth for every peny that I have spent. The view is exquisite with few steps to beach. Cant forget about the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff who always were there to support us at anytime. I was abel to taste one of the most delicious seafood dishes in costal area which was mouth watering. Everything was super which made my stay a fantastic one!Cleanliness and comfort of the room as well as hotel premises was above expected level. Would definetely recommend to anyone who is going to visit one of the most beautiful areas of down south, SriLanka, Tangalle. Hope to come back for sure!

Welcoming staff. Efficient check-in and informative service. Very clean rooms and common spaces. Great WiFi and easy stroll to the beach. Tasty breakfast with Woodfired baked bread, eggs and bacon, fresh chilled fruit juice and enormous fresh fruit platter sourced from local growers. Definitely a place to stay when visiting TANGAĹLE.
