È una realtà familiare molto accogliente. Io ho prenotato per una gara sportiva che si sarebbe svolta a Biella, quindi non avevo particolari esigenze. Il posto è accogliente e il personale molto amichevole e gentile.

L' unica pecca è stato trovare delle ragnatele .
