"No wifi"

Location was good

Unfortunately there was no wifi AND no mobile signal (because of the thick walls). There was also no fridge

Location,

Dirty, shower head did not fit in holder. Toilet seat did not fit toilet correctly. Laps with incorrect plugs made them unusable. Poor kitchen equipment, two non matching chipped cups. No complementary water or coffee or milk.

"Great location, but it needs to deal with the smell of mould."

The location is perfect, close to the main streets and easily accessible.

There is no lift, although there are two floors, which makes it too difficult to carry the luggage up to the rooms. We received some help, yet, it is a big problem. The biggest problem is the strong smell of mould, it is all over the main staircase and very strong on the second floor where my room was. The room also smelled of mould and we had to have an open window during our whole stay, even at night.
