We were very disappointed with our stay in these apartments. The price absolutely does not match the quality. For this amount of money, you expect at least basic comfort, but that is not the case here. First of all, there is no basic kitchenware — not even a minimal set for normal living. This creates serious inconvenience. Secondly, upon arrival, the toilet was not working. The host only responded after we insisted three times that he come and fix the issue. Moreover, he asked us to get on a video call to show how we press the flush button and claimed that we simply “don’t know how to use the toilet.” This kind of attitude is very strange and unprofessional. Another issue is the photos. They are misleading: there are no real photos of the toilet, only a 3D visualization, and the rest of the pictures do not allow you to properly assess the condition of the apartment. The cleaning was also very poor — dust, dirty floors, and an overall sense of neglect. Overall, the stay left a very negative impression. We do not recommend this place.

As cortinas black-out apresentavam-se bastante degradadas, especialmente em uma das janelas, o que não permitiu fechar adequadamente. Além disso, a porta da casa de banho e a porta do duche não funcionavam corretamente, careciam de manutenção. Durante a estadia, a água quente foi claramente insuficiente para três hóspedes, o que dificultou o uso adequado do chuveiro. Também percebemos a presença de alguns panos no teto, indicando possíveis desafios na manutenção dessa área. **Sugestões de melhoria:** Uma manutenção mais frequente do quarto ajudaria a garantir maior conforto. Seria interessante avaliar a possibilidade de incluir uma televisão nos quarto.
