No power backup system only battery no generator when powercut ac not working Garbage 🗑️ vat in front of guest house No llift available though it was a 4 storied building No person available to carry lugage to the room From car parking to guest house 1 km and only way to reach there by walking No Drinking water bottle available in hotel No room service There room tarrif likely hotel but service is very poor Horrible experience

The location was excellent, the staff is great. Kundan is very welcoming and helpful. Gupta was a wonderful porter and carried our bags from the taxi drop off on the day we arrived and then back on the day of our departure—a lovely man.

The hotel was very full when we stayed, and the other guests were incredibly noisy and up very late. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to have a kettle in the room so we could make tea for ourselves.

The room was good and at a good location

The behaviour of Mr.Gupta the helper staff there was so horrible on the day of our check out. He voluntarily carried our luggage from the room to the main road and literally forced us to pay him Rs.300 which was too much.( Though we were ready to pay him a decent amount)He didn't even request just threatened us to pay him in the road. I hope the owner Mr.Kundan is aware of such things. Better to book some other room because of this incident.
