Location is steps away from Dashashwamedh Ghat. Get your seat on the steps at 5.30, ready for the 6.30pm Arti. Shared Ganges River boat trips only cost 100INR if you are prepared to share; do not pay 2000INR for private boats as they go the same route. Foreign passport holders need a 550INR ticket to visit Kashi Vishwanat Mandir We stayed for 3 nights, which is enough to see this wonderful city. Spend time just walking up and down the ghats - it's not far. Had the best room with balcony and river view. We visited in late April.

Be prepared for a 2km long walk from where your Auto/Uber drops you off from the airport or train station. It's because vehicles are not allowed into the centre. We were dropped off at PDR Mall. Similarly you have to get to PDR for an Uber to the airport.

Location is quite near to the bank of Ganga

The approach road to the guest house is extremely bad. There is lot of inconveniences in daily commute specially for senior citizens

- nice, helpful staff: owner, receptionist, chef and other employees - good view from the top of the building - close to the river (50 m) - close to the market - silent place (outside noise is faded)

- english is not their strength - corridor/stairway in the building is conducting the noize of other guests (some guests are very noisy)

Bed mattress and pillow can be little better .hard mattress.its just a preference.

The location could not be better. Staff are funny and they went above and beyond for me. Big up akash

Need to get AC in the reception area for the staff gets super hot in the summer and they are here 24/7 :)

The location of property was perfect. The great rooftop is the highlight of the property for sure and price for good.

- I’ve asked for room with two single beds as I wasn’t sure if I will be travelling with someone but when I’ve seen the room … I was clearly not happy at all. Room was really small and when they separated beds there was … 30cm between us. Also super small bathroom which was builded into the room. I have been promised another room for second night which was bigger and more comfortable. The issue was the bathroom. Unfortunately it was “connected” to the share bathroom in the hall by ventilation “window” so you could hear absolutely everything (and I mean absolutely everything!) when other guests went to the share bathroom during the night and didn’t switch off the water properly. - The booking was under my name only and when I showed up with my guide I was told that I will have to pay more as the room was reserved for one person only. Well I denied as booking for one or two people was exactly same price I have checked before and I’ve showed them - Another issue which I was really surprised with was the fact that stuff was sleeping in the reception on the sofa and floor. You would think that’s a good security right? Not really. One morning I was leaving at 3:50am for morning security and no one really noticed. The following day I was leaving at 6:45am for my flight and once again I needed to step over sleeping people which was really odd as I was worried that I’ll fell on them thanks to my rucksack. - the accommodation is offering taxi to the airport for 1000 rupees but you will still need to walk all the way to the meeting point (absolutely do understand that thanks to the location). But the price which I was given when walked by myself and finding taxi by myself was 600 rupees only.
