Everything was perfect, I felt like home

The family are delightful. So helpful and kind. The bed is comfortable, the room a little small for us but with plenty of storage. Very close to the beach. As it is off season, many of the restaurants were not operating, however, it was very easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk to restaurants. During peak season. There are many beach front restaurants to choose from. We had a beautiful Sri lankan breakfast cooked by our host, and good coffee.

As its monsoon season there were a lot of mosquitos but our host provided ozzie coils and a plug in for the bedroom.

Good location，and it's near the bus station and the beach.The owner is so kind and helpful to me,the room is very clean. I have two wonderful nights here.

That was the best home stay experience in Sri Lanka. It is located a few minutes away from the beach. Place is exceptionally cosy, clean and comfortable. Room was just beautiful with nice bed, private bathroom with hot shower and all facilities you can imagine. We used the kitchen for cooking our food which was great after long weeks of traveling. Big thank you for the host family - you made our stay here simply wonderful. We recommend this place if you plan to stay in Dikwella.

Everything was just perfect

Great location - only a short walk to beach with good swimming and turtles. Easy walk into town. Nimal and Kamani gave us a warm welcome and looked after us really well. Breakfasts are huge and very tasty, Sri Lankan style.

The couple Nimal and Kamani gave me a very warm welcome. I felt very well. Whatever questions I had, Kamani was always there to help me. I had only booked for 3 days, but then stayed 9 days. The breakfast was super delicious! Just for that reason I would come back :D. In the end, Nimal even drove me to the bus station and helped me to find the right bus. Thank you for this nice stay.

The Wifi was not working very good. Which for me was no problem because I used my internet, its cheap in Sri Lanka. But its still important to say, especially for people who work while traveling.

Good hospitality, Beautiful, clean and hygienic room and washroom. Very welcoming host and stay is close to all the near by places

We had an amazing time at Nimal's house. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcomed us to join in on their new year's celebrations. It was a truly unforgettable special memory for us of Sri Lanka. The room was very comfortable. It is very clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

It was very close to Dikwella beach but there is not much else around.
