Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). COVID-19 Guidelines In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Perfect no-frills base of operations to explore all of Kaua’i."

Walkable to everything in Kapa’a, a dedicated parking spot, and SUCH a sweet host. Absolutely perfect spot to launch out to our daily adventures. Laundry room was convenient, and the whole experience was comfy and welcoming.

There is only an A/C unit in the bedroom, which was 100% necessary and useful for sleeping. The rest of the home is at the mercy of the outside temperature that day. It never gets above 90ish so that’s not the worst thing. The only sink is in the bathroom, but it’s plenty good. Just don’t expect to be cooking meals here, but who needs to with such good dining a short walk away?

"Won't be back"

Lots of space, kitchenette. Location is really convenient.

2 main problems. One - air conditioning or the lack of. There's 1 small antique a/c in the bedroom, it can only cool the bedroom (to some extent) and is very, very loud. The rest of the space cannot be cooled and it heats up a lot during the day to a point you can't be inside the unit without sweating. Second problem is hot water supply which is kinda sporadic. The hot water can randomly stop flowing in the middle of a shower. And we didn't have long showers AT ALL. Bottom line - won't book again.
