The staff was very attentive Good breakfast Room was clean and AC worked well Good location

The room was really small just be mindful of that. The rooms are very close to each other (it’s like a house) so if you’re unlikely with your roommates can be noisy

Great location, close to good cafes and restaurant. Beach is also walking distance. Very good breakfast and the woman who runs the place is very friendly. Safe area, can definitely recommend for female solo traveler.

The location is great and breakfast is included. The family is very friendly, especially the dad is super nice who gave us two coconuts after check in and always greeted us with a big smile. The lady always prepared us breakfast with special requests and was helpful when we wanted to adjust our booking. She agreed (what she didn’t need to) and helped us in the communication with booking. Thank you very much!

The room was supposed to have 35 square meters but hasn’t even had 15. The room was way too small for two people with luggage and also unfortunately not very clean. The bathroom needs a proper deep cleaning as well as the cupboard which was sticky and not even wiped before we checked in. These two points are the main reason for our rating because we didn’t really feel comfortable.

Our budget room was front of street and it was really noisy. The manager lady was not so friendly.

trafic noise from the street and the night we stayed some people seem to have a after hour party and were blasting music in the middle of the night and talking very loud so you could hear everything

Great price-quality ratio! Very comfortable beds, the bathroom has a lot of space, hot water for shower with good pressure. There is mosquito net and a lot of power outlets with adaptability for different regions. Plus, the breakfast is included and very good and complete. Location: 5 min to Hiriketiya beach by foot.
