The receptionist could do better, to remind us of what the booking entails as it was booked long ago. To prevent us from going back asking questions that could have been addressed while checking in.

The provisions of twin plugs in the room. The main door is difficult to open and close, this could be due to damages from rain. It needs to be maintained or changed

It was raining during my stay, unable to give feedback on the question.. Room very good condition, and clean.

Need improvement when it's raining, Mud road and I was unable to park my car next to the room. Nyala room I was allocated: I suggest need to provide Iron for all Visitors.
