There were ants on both beds and all over the place. The bathroom drainage was clogged

The staff were super friendly and the property was decently maintained

We had a huge cockroach in our room, the lady kindly helped us kill it. It came in through the air vents, so some sort of solution to that would be necessary. It was also quite expensive compared to the rest of our accommodations in Sri Lanka

There is no enough space to park your vehicles. Fans are not cleaned and tons of dust in the fans. Bedsheets are not cleaned as well.

Perfect stay near the beach. And close to the tailor. Quit at night. Lovely people who can help with anything. Clean and comfy room with fan and Wi-Fi. We could leave our bags after check out. We even extended 2 nights.

Fresh and comfy room. Whole building had very child atmosphere.

Great value for Money, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are really comfortable and clean, really friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Friendly staff, the room was big enough and the bed was fine. They offered to help me rent a surfboard if I needed one. The top floor has a nice balcony area with tables and chairs, and it's away from the main road so there are no traffic noises at night. There was the option of hot water for the shower, and the bathroom had a lovely view of all the palm trees with lots of monkeys.

The kitchen had no cooking equipment (no knives, no chopping boards, no pans or saucepans) and the Wi-Fi worked on the ground floor but not in the rooms. If you want to work here, I wouldn't recommend it - there was also no desk or chair. I would have appreciated it if my bathroom bin was emptied (it took over a week) and on two occasions the staff knocked on my door around 7am to collect payment - I would have appreciated a message in advance to arrange a more suitable time.
