"Lovely place to stay"

The host Sam was lovely . Nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgable about the area and where to visit. Room and guest house was spotlessly clean .Could do with a bit of modernising. Great location as well. Gave you exactly what you wanted for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

More choice of fruit for breakfast I e tinned peaches

"Wonderful little guest house in Weymouth"

Host was very attentive but not overly so, just right, friendly, but let you have space too. The room was perfect for single person and very clean, well laid out. Location was in walking distance of the seafront but back enough you didnt get the noise from pubs etc. Parking was relatively close and all flat ground. TV great too. Breakfast was laid out beautifully and tasted amazing, again host looked after you, checked all ok, got more if you needed it. Also was offering help to other guests with bags etc

Nice location. Friendly and helpful owner. Good shower. Great breakfast.

It said it had parking. However this was actually on public street parking 5 mins away or a free space in a pay carpark 10 mins away.
