Marden guest house

Location was just 6 minutes pleasant walk to the beach and centre of town. Breakfast was brilliant - lots of options and nicely cooked. The owners friendly and helpful. Decent shower. Offroad parking.

We booked at the very last minute and probably didn't get the best of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, but we had no seats in the bedroom.

Room was a little on the small side. But had everything you needed.

Room was very nice and fit our purposes, bathroom was also exactly what we needed. Breakfast was excellent and used an in-advance system that allowed you to order the night before - we’ve never seen any BnB employ this system so this was a very unique and helpful way to make breakfast easier. Jan was very helpful and approachable as our host - she addressed some of our concerns directly and made up the rooms every day, providing us with much needed water for our walks.

Location was a bit out of the way of the usual tourist spots, but this ended up working out fine for our trip. Parking was also a bit limited and we ended up parking on adjacent streets for the entirety of our trip. Jan was very helpful in helping us find acceptable locations beyond her property.

Great breakfast, perfect location for visiting Weymouth and as a base to see the Jurassic Coast, Jan and Gary were amazing hosts

Nothing not to like

It was immaculately clean throughout, although on a busy street the room we had was very quiet. Great location, just a short walk to the beach.

Der var rent og pænt i et smukt gammel hus. Flink værtinde og god morgenmad. Tæt på centrum.

The host Jan was so friendly and accommodating. She really did want her guests to be comfortable. She even prepared a special breakfast for myself and my husband as we had a special fast.lots of vegan and vege choices for breakfast.
