nothing whatsoever.

where to start? - impossible to find, had links to youtube videos on where airbnb was and how to use keypad. the channel had no content when i tried to watch it. - had to pay £20 extra for a passcode to the building after paying a previous £50 on booking.com - NO toiletries not even hand soap !! had two bath towels on the bed and nothing else. - holes in the wall, furniture falling apart, bed felt hard as a rock, dirty bed sheets. overall a terrible stay, was only there for 7 hours and it was awful !! do NOT recommend.

Nothing absolutely bad experience

The room was filthy, absolutely disgusting, terrible customer service, they take a deposit off you and keep it they will make something up to keep it, not as advertised. Id rather have spent the extra £20 on something more decent, chewing gum stuck all over wall, cups left from previous guests, dirty bed and carpet. AVOID and I have only added a few of the images.

The deposit was not returned.Justifying this by the fact that I allegedly did not close the door to the room.Although there was absolutely nothing to take in this room.Yes, it's not much, but plus the rent, and that £20 deposit, that's the price of a Holiday Inn. Not recommended.

"Great stay, just not 100% clean which could be to do with previous guests staying there and not looking after the proper"

It’s very convenient as it’s close to the town centre

The only issue was that I couldn’t use the oven as it was dirty and greasy and went I went to strip the bed to make it easier for the cleaner, I noticed cigarette burns on the mattress and it was heavily stained. I also noticed what looked like to be lipstick kiss marks on the bathroom wall. Other than that, it was a great stay and I have stayed here many times.
