Make sure you clearly explain shared bath. I understand shared kitchen, but there was nothing stating shared bath. Also, why regulate the heat? So, a customer must get up every 2 hours to restart the heat? Makes zero sense.

They room was completely dirty and I couldny stay here so I requested a cancellation and the manager agreed over the phone and is now ignoring my calls and texts and booking.com is saying they won't refund my money

Everything the room was used and I didn't stay and didn't get a refund after being told I would

The security to the building and room

Lack of effective heating in the room, also none working in the bathroom. The blinds were a bit cheap and hardly working effectively. The cleaner didn't come in and clean out change sheets etc?

Location pretty good, equidistant from station and event-venue. Price also good.

Bit of a charmless box! Not helped by not getting heating to work, so chilly. Now remember why I should never go for shared bathroom/loo.
