Having said that the room was nice and clean, the clinical non-human dealings with the gate code, the lock and key worked well and the beds were nice and firm.

Your Bookings.Com questions are too stereotype. The room is a 3m x 3m room with limited airflow in the room itself only through a small bathroom window - so somewhat stifling. The ambient temperature was around 38 degrees, not too bad but when combined with humidity most unpleasant. Now add to the facility (or lack thereof) the fact that no flat sheet is provided - so the host expects his customers to sleep under a duvet with the heat and the humidity. Not good at all resulting in a not-so-restful night. The place is poky too. The toilet is so close next to the shower glass side that one cannot sit squarely on the toilet but instead sit slightly sideways. A poor design making it very cramped. I must remember to specifically ask about flat sheet availability and windows in a room before booking. So you make up your mind what symbol you would assign.

Location was excellent and the self check-in was very convenient. The facilities were in line with the rates being paid and was very clean.

There were no flat sheets on the bed. The milk container only had enough milk for 1 x cup coffee each and was leaking when your poured. There were no utilities to clean up the spilt milk and we had to use toilerpaper. Some form of kitchen towel would be nice.
