The staff were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

The staff were attentive, greeted at reception and staff present at breakfast. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was good, hot breakfast was good and being refreshed, lots of breakfast choices available.

The noise from aircraft taking off until 10pm even with a closed window, and the bed was situated next to it. Gaps around the door meant you can hear people breathing while getting in the room next door. People talking below the closed window outside in the garden. Paper thin walls behind your head so you can hear them toileting and snorting at just past 11pm. Had a terrible rest and ended up with a headache. Woken abruptly in the morning at 7.55am to move my car, when I was told to park in that spot because they weren't leaving early, so that obviously wasn't confirmed. Not the best stay.

The location was excellent regarding the do that I was attending. It was a 10-minute drive away. The facilities met our needs. However, the breakfast was awesome above and beyond what we expected. 😎✌️

The room perhaps requires modernising, and the WiFi and network signals were poor.

Great location, close to tube to get in to central London. Very friendly staff. Lovely garden area. Free parking.
