IKEA Flats

The flat was more like an apartment. It was large, spacious with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and TV. The owner of the flat, Sayed, was very friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with the internet he had it fixed in no time. All round, the apartment was excellent value for money. David Anning, Australia.

It is fully renovated, new everything. Not like in the pictures but much better. There are 2 rooms in the flat. A spacious living room. Nice small kitchen and new fridge They have laundry machine in the building. I would stay again for sure

They can have a table in the living room. There is space for that too

Good proximity to the beach. Nice quiet location, a bit outside the city. If you don't want the hectic turist stress this can be an alternative for a cheap price.

Did not like that there was no duvet cover available. Only blankets without cover. That should be in the booking information that guests need to bring their own linnens. Also consider having toilette paper and soap for the customers. It isn't expensive and it is a bit of a drag to have to find a supermarket immediately after arriving because you didn't think that you needed to buy soap the first thing you do. For a top review also consider adding real trashcans and a bed light. Now everybody just flooded the kitchen with garbage bags. The final and perhaps biggest issue is that the family member or relative that lives in one of the rooms full time don't lock the bathroom door at night and is using the toilette with open door. The guy also eats and leaves the food and cigarettes in the sofa instead of the kitchen. You can't use the sofa because of dirty stains.
