Haus Waldesruh

Neat and clean , we stayed in the 5 person apartment and it was very near and comfortable

My husband and I had a perfect time at Haus Waldesruh. Even nobody couldn't welcome us in person, everything was perfectly organized with a letter in a box at the main entrance. So we could start directly in our relaxing vacation. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room (no. 5) was on the ground floor and came with a nice sitting area outside. We had a peaceful view towards the forest and with two steps and a turn to the right a view to the alps. The room has a modern but cosy style and clean. Each breakfast we found more than enough of different good food, juice and we got tasty coffee and cappuccino.

Rooms were comfortable and had patio doors direct to garden area. Simple but fresh breakfast served by friendly team in the mornings. 20 minutes walk to the beautiful lake.

Not the hotels fault at all but LOTS of mosquitos so bring bug spray!! Also for info it is difficult to access or get anywhere without a car. No local taxis and limited bus services.

Not the fault of the hotel but a heads up for travellers: I'd suggest having a rental car if you're visiting Ubersee; I assumed there would be ubers/taxis around but there were none so keep this in mind when planning!

We were there with 2 year old son and everything was perfect. Very nice and clean room, big garden with playground for kids and amazing mountain view 👌 very helpful and kind stuff.
