Villa Sunrise

The rooms are in a separate building with a private garden and porch, making it a super quiet place. Although the train tracks are somewhat close by, there is absolutely no noise from them. A few minutes of walking, and you’re on a beautiful and also really quiet beach. Super friendly hosts, clean facilities, and last but not least: a fabulous breakfast!

Amazing stay for our last day in Sri Lanka! The neighbourhood and garden are quiet and peaceful, but still walking distance from a beautiful beach, which is not busy. Comfy bed, hot shower, plentyful and very tasty breakfast. The hosts are so kind; they are really involved in making sure that you have a great stay. Always in for a chat and with good advice for the area. Thank you!

I got a big room with a very comfortable bed and A/C. It went with a clean bathroom and a delicious and big breakfast. The owners are lovely people.

We came here for the last days of our travels around Sri lanka, eager to relax at a quiet beach and enjoy our time. This is exactly what we found here. We couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were so kind and willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were welcomed with water and fresh juice. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked each day and we even could wish for whatever we craved. It also was a lot. The dinner we can highly recommend too. The amenities were super clean. Not to forget the beautiful garden, with bird song, lizards and squirrels flying through the air ;) In the end the host even drove us to the bus station (and didn't charge us for it). If you're looking for a secluded beach, staying at a well taken care of house, with lovely breakfast and great hosts, this is the place to go. We will definitely come back :) Thank you!

Delicious breakfast

We loved the owners!! They made a lot of effort to welcome us, provided us with a fresh coconut to drink on arrival and made us such a beautiful breakfast! It was a feast! The air con worked well, the place was clean and they provided soap, clean towels, and bottled water. It is set in a lovely garden, very peaceful place.

The WiFi did not work when we were there. They said it was temporarily off due to the bad weather breaking it. There is no sign outside to help locate the hotel, but we messaged the owner on booking.com and they will come out to find you :)

Very nice place with a lovely couple. We felt very welcome and also very comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean. Nice AC and a big bed. We were welcomed with a drink fresh from the fruit from the garden. The garden is calm and beautiful. Good and various breakfast. They drove us to the airport what was very relaxt. Thank you so much for the stay. If we go back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay here again!

It was very calm for one night and the host welcomed us with a juice. We got breakfast included and it was great!! A little bit in the middle of nowhere but it is on the way to the airport.
