Great information on local walks and shops etc, and well positioned to visit Norwich and the Broads. Trains to Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Comfy and warm. Some nice thoughtful touches, like freshly baked bread, useful utensils and plenty of crockery/glasses/plates, even a brush to do the dishes! Allocated parking space etc....

Beautifully designed and equipped little studio. We had a lovely stay, as always, this is a perfect base for us to visit family nearby. Rory is a wonderful host who thinks of everything.

My fourth time returning to the Buttery. Always a top welcome from host Rory. Exceptionally clean and the welcome bread is a very nice treat. Will be back again same time next year.

"Lovely dog friendly stay in a central location"

Great location. and quiet. The owner was very hospitable and makes guests feel very welcome. Very dog friendly, clean and has everything needed. I brought my dog and the location was central to the beaches and the villages
