Perfect in every way!

The room was unbelievably clean and fresh, and the whole hotel felt well cared for. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of homemade options. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the level of cleanliness was impressive — every corner sparkled. The heating system worked flawlessly (especially welcome in a chilly mountain town), and the free Wi-Fi was fast. The suite we stayed in was spacious and peaceful. Parking was free and convenient. All in all, a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

I love how Kyknos De Luxe combines modern luxury with a touch of local charm. The decor is elegant without being cold, and there are thoughtful details everywhere. During breakfast, they served traditional Kastorian pies that tasted like they came from a local bakery — delicious! The hotel’s location in the quiet area is peaceful, yet it’s still very accessible to Kastoria’s main attractions. A wonderfully authentic stay.

The rooms are beautifully designed with marble and granite, giving a luxurious yet warm feel. The king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the balcony in the evening. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

I was genuinely surprised by the level of cleanliness at this hotel — it was flawless. The linens were crisp, the floors polished, and the entire property felt very well cared for. Breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including traditional pies and fresh fruit. You can tell they put effort into quality. Absolutely worth staying!

Αν και η κράτηση μας μέσω booking ήταν για ένα μόνο βράδυ, παραμείναμε και για άλλα δύο και οι λόγοι ήταν πως εντυπωσιαστήκαμε με τη σχολαστική καθαριότητα σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια των ευρύχωρων δωματίων και όλων των χώρων του,το Υπέροχο σπιτικό Πρωινό με χειροποίητες πίτες και γλυκά αλλά και το ζεστό χαμόγελο όλων στο κατάλυμα αυτό πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας απαντήσουν σε κάθε μας απορία.Η τοποθεσία του μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ,είναι σ ένα νέο καταπράσινο προάστιο πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της πόλης με άπλετο πάρκινγκ και κοντά σε καφετέριες, ταβέρνα, super market.Σας ευχαριστούμε για την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία σας, νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, θα σας ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα και θα το προτείνουμε στους φίλους μας και σ'όλους αυτούς που διαβάζουν αυτό το σχόλιο μας...
