Walking distance no problem into kirkwall, off road parking and a great breakfast. Room very comfortable and a good shower.

Great B&B - new furnishings, very clean and extremely soft and comfortable bedding. Great breakfast as well.

This is a very clean BnB. I felt safe and the on-site parking is a big perk. The breakfast is good and served quickly. I had a ground floor room. I'm not sure if they even have any rooms that aren't on the ground floor. I would stay here again.

A water bottle in the room is the only thing missing.

Location was good for a quick walk into the centre and for accessing the supermarkets, there was a mini fridge and access to Wifi that was a big help for our stay. The host was so lovely and as helpful as she could be, able to leave bags easily.

TV reception was a little patchy but that wasn't a big issue for us.

Lots of space, good location with about a 10 min walk into the village centre. Clean, comfy. Appreciated being able to store our bags ahead of check in, and after checkout.

We just had a bit of a miscommunication on breakfast, had thought it was auto included,. We did leave orders out as instructed (we thought!) the first night, but nothing appeared in the morning- we made do with a quick takeaway before our scheduled tour.

I have tried on a number of occasions to contact the property to find a lost item of clothing and have had no response either through booking. Com or directly.

Clean, comfortable, plenty space, easy walk in to Kirkwall.

Only minor issue i had was that the blinds didn't keep the room particularly dark.

Fantastic breakfast. Home made porridge was amazing & local eggs were so tasty. Host was very helpful with eating out options. Room was nice and bed quite comfortable.

Very picky but napkins at breakfast would have been appreciated.
