The location was very central. The room and common areas were very clean. The bed was very comfortable

Poor ventilation. There were two windows in the room. One of them opened into the apartment space and the other into the building. It was also very dark, the air conditioner was set not to work at full performance. There wasn't even a soap and towel rack in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, short walk from the train station and surrounded by restaurants and bars. However, inside the room it was quiet and peaceful. A great location to explore Cagliari. The room was well decorated and the shower was excellent!

The instructions to get into the property were a little complicated, but the host got in touch with us before we arrived to check we had read the instructions. It still took a while for us to get in but once we had worked it out it wasn't a problem. The entry relied on us having an internet connection however, coming from outside the EU we didn't have roaming internet so initially struggled until we got into the building and could access the apartment's wifi that had already been supplied to us.

Very high floor with stairway and no elevator...not convenient with heavy luggage Horrible moment before to get the key - the lock doesn't work!

Great location, just in the hearth of Cagliari. Perfect for whoever wants to experience shopping and nightlife.

Guest onboarding process was very messy. Too many long-text instructions and messages to attempt to automatize everything. It could definitely be presented in a more concise and digestible manner for guests. We managed eventually.

From the moment I opened the door, it was an exceptionally good impression of the design style and space. Living room with a kitchen in an open area with a standing view of the square, room comfortable and clean, right room temperature, not too hot not too cold provided my relaxing and sweet sleep... Historical City Center with public transportation nearby, makes it comfortable in to reach all spots in minutes... So far best stay in this Cyti

Soap in the bathroom was cheap, as I forget to take my one, there wasn't so nice to using already opened bottle after someone used it... And cleaning men, was to laud.
