The guesthouse is located centrally and everything is just a short walk away, bars, restaurants of any kind, convenience stores, tour desks, massage, the beach.... Friendly staff who also works the attached bar. The room is simple but clean and functional.

You don't hear the music from the guesthouses bar, but as much as I like the bar next door, its music is audible all night long. Not very loud, but audible. If you are a light sleeper, a set of earplugs will be helpful during some of the nights.

I had a very pleasant stay @ M & M guesthouse.check in is simple,bed was comfy,room was clean,staff are very pleasant & good fun.the owners work hard & have a bar also onsite with pool table.location is perfect,close to beach,restauraunts,7 eleven.they also rent motor bike,very reasnoble

I rented a very good motorbike from M&M. Breakfast (optional) in breakfast restaurant “Mokashino”, easy to reach by motorbike. Great genuine Thai atmosphere in M&M bar. Thank Amala, Mimi and Pen for making me feel welcome!

After reading old reviews, I had low expectations. The truth is, it's a nicely sized room with complementary soap, toilet paper, bottles of water, and towels. The bed is comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Check-in was simple and easy. Great location: the beach is 3 minutes away and there are lots of nearby places to eat.

The bedding had a small stain on, as well as a few hairs.
