This place needs maintenance! The only thing well kept are the gardens, the rooms need to be cleaned and renovated.

Like the Location, rooms and facilities are true to whats shown in the pictures. Its just 100m from the beach and they provide beach towels too on request. The ambience of the property is good with a decent parking space nearby. Spacious balcony, Room Service was good and prompt, the response over WhatsApp was very good and quick. Christmas decoration made it all even better.

The rooms could be better lit-up. Also some rooms have spider-web handing in the ceiling corners. They give only 1L bottle per day even for 2 people per room, please consider atleast 1L per person per day- Goa is hot mostly.

I just loved this property. I have been to Goa many times, but this is the first time we have stayed in this particular area - and it rapidly became a favourite. The family were lovely, and we were upgraded when our AC unit failed which was unexpected but wonderful. We would consider staying here first next time we are in the area, the guest house and its proximity to the beach is really a magical combination.
