Nice bedroom next fells point

Good location, peaceful neighborhood. Bus stop nearby. Short walk from the waterfront. Front door and bedrooms have number locks. Be sure to get the passcode beforehand before arriving and getting it renewed every day as the owner doesn't stay on the property. Every thing said, is a good value for money option. Restaurants are a short walk away.

The location was good and the room was large.

The towels in the room weren't made of fabric but were paper-like, disposable material. Really disappointing and I couldn't get myself dry after my shower with them. I had to pick up a cheap towel from Target. The room had a lingering smell of ganja and the house was very basic and not kept up very well. The host ghosted me when I asked about the possibility of a late check out. I definitely won't be back!

Great location

The host relocated me to another house in Patterson park because they ran into issues with their bathroom in the original location. The new room that they relocated me to does not have a window as advertised, and the room on top Jed completely uncleaned from the previous person who stayed there. The linen was unchanged, and the trash was not taken out either. The kitchen only had one bowl. Management for this airbnb is not the best.

Put us in the Basement and other individuals coming down at 11:30pm, at night to do Laundry, House Rules, Quite Time: 10pm to 8:00am... didn't make a difference to Management...Left the next morning leaving 2 days left to stay and had to find a Hotel that morning....twice as expensive. No glasses or silverware...only plastic fork and spoons... refrigerator looked like all 6 rooms had been rented due to the open cans, containers without lids... Terrible I did text and call Property Management will NO RESULTS.... I'M a Level #3 Booking, Trivago, etc with over 30 bookings a year....If Booking continues to List this Property, I will withdraw my Membership and go elsewhere... I wrote the same to other online booking companies.... For anyone who wants to rent this place, You will only have yourself to Blame....I normally don't write reviews unless the Management and Property Owner show that they "Truly" are sincere about Renting with some form of Honesty and Livable Quarters.... Because of this level of miss information and rudeness, I had to make an exception... "BUYER BEWARE"...or End Up a Fool...☹️😡😈
