Cute little place close to the pier and main beach. I booked spontaneously one a holiday weekend and was surprised I still got a good deal like this. I mainly chose this over other accommodations because it looked so clean in the pictures and it is! Nice and simple rooms with windows but no direct sun light. You hear a bit of traffic but whatever and super easy check in and out. Was even able to check in early! I didn't even get a bike as I had been to the island before and just wanted to chill at the main beach and the location was honestly perfect for that. Would book this again for sure <3

The stay had a great location, close to everything we needed. The person who assisted us was very kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start.

NOTHING

Location is great, just a couple of hundred metres walk down to the village and beach. Far enough that it wasn’t noisy at night. Easy walk to the main pier too. It was nice walking past the big Buddha each day. The fridge is a decent size and the safety deposit box was an unexpected - and very welcome - inclusion. I found the bed very comfortable. The AC more than adequate (at times cold!). The bathroom is modern and everything works well. Water, toilet paper and coffee sachets delivered daily. Really all you need for a couple of nights’ stay.

I see what some reviewers mean by the floor, just raw, uneven concrete. It’s okay, but could be better. There really isn’t anywhere to unpack much, but you do get a hanging rack and some hangers for bathroom door and there is room to have your carry-on flat on the floor and open against the wall. At ~$AUD50 per night I wouldn’t call it “cheap” for what you get in terms of floor space. But relative to other properties on Samed it seemed a good price and the amenities are in good, modern condition, which is one of my main considerations when booking.

Only position. Bathroom is better compare to the room size and facilities.

No reception, no care taker. If you need anything you have to call the proprietor and she will then call to her lady stuff to solve the problem. Floor is bad. No tiles or marbel. No wardrobe. Room size is very small. A bad smell always outside the room.

There is no person in the hotel. No office room or reception room. Only if you have local sim card then you can contact with the proprietor.The floor is not good. Normal rough cementing floor. No marbel or tiles floor. Thre are only three rooms and all are small. No wardrobe. If you have no local sim you will not able to connect with the proprietor. If you have then she will convey her attendant to serve the peoblem.
