Lotto House

The room had all the usual amenities.

The title King Room is totally misleading. A king size bed filled the space between two walls. I couldn't walk around the bed. The room was too small for that size of bed. There was no where to sit and very claustrophobic. I decided to forfeit my payment... and find another place.

Staff were friendly enough.

We decided to surrender the cost and not stay, accommodation was cramped, concrete floors, no room for luggage or even to walk around the bed. Would have sufficed as a doss house but little more.

We liked that Lotto House was close to the beach as well as the main road. The pier was also just a short walk away which made it so that everything important was within walking distance. The room, although small, was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Very nice if you travel on a budget but nothing spectacular about the place.

There is a temple next door which rings a bell to wake the monks up at about 04:45 until 05:00. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up. The floors are not that great either, just untreated concrete hat isn't completely flat. The room could use some kind of chair and maybe some more hooks to hang up your things. If you like your vacations to be luxurious this is not the place for you.
