We booked an executive room at the hotel with lake view. When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked is unavailable! We were given a standard room- small sized, basic furnished with no air condition and of course- no lake view. The receptionist tried to comfort us with a bottle of wine and a reduced price for the room. The experience of a lake view hotel(WHICH HAS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT) was totally ruined!

"Beautiful view across the lake, great rooms and delicious food."

The rooms were spacious, clean and a joy to stay in. Great facilities and comfortable beds. The restaurant served delicious food and the waiting staff were very attentive. The view across the lake is breathtaking and the area very peaceful. It was also very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
