Le Cupole Design

The room itself was beautiful--clean, modern, large, great view, comfy, and safe. I found it to be an oasis in the midst of the chaos and grit of Palermo. The location is very convenient, just less than a block to the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants, right around the corner. The host was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. He remotely opened our doors and replied to all texts immediately. He arranged for us to have a taxi to the airport when we left.

The room itself is great. the location is convenient if you want to walk the main pedestrian street, which has the shops and restaurants and souvenirs etc. I personally did not like Palermo in general, and found it a bit run down, gritty, grungy (we had actually had our vacation in Taormina, which was amazing, and were just passing through Palermo on our way to the airport). The room is located in a building that I thought was sketchy when we first arrived, the main entryway of the building and the elevator are...old. But our room felt totally safe, modern, upscale, clean and comfy, which was great. I was thrown off at first because you go into a "suite"--very nice, but then, your actual room where you stay is a different room, like a room in an apartment. that door had its own lock on it. the "suite" part is a common area, and it appears there are other "rooms" in the suite as well, though we never heard or saw anyone else in the "common" area, and the "common" area is just a nice room, like a living room. And the door to that is locked and heavy as well. So in the room itself, I felt super safe--it's a fortress! Just in general, Palermo is...gritty. The building is...old (as all the buildings in Palermo are, unless maybe you go to Liberta, but then you'd be far from the popular pedestrian area). But if you have to be in Palermo, and you want to be near the happening area and pedestrian street, this is a great, modern, clean, big safe, comfy room to stay in.

The property was modern inside, clean and very comfortable! The location was great and the host was always very helpful!

Excellent location very close to everything.Superb Host who was very helpful and friendly.When you enter the house and building seems like you are away from the crazyness of the street outside.
