Air conditioning not much effective working in this studio.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. And Roberto is truly the kindest host we’ve ever met. My family and I stayed for two weeks, and the room was just right—spacious enough for all of us, and even bigger than we expected. The view was stunning, and everything was spotless. Whenever we faced a challenge—which happens when you're traveling with little kids—Roberto was always there with a thoughtful solution. The place has everything you need—fast internet (so the kids could watch a movie while I got some work done in the mornings), a kitchen to cook your own meals, and even fresh towels and clean bed linen after a week. There’s a lovely housekeeper, and if you need a taxi, it can be arranged for you too. Whenever we had a question, Roberto responded within minutes—even in the evenings and on weekends. What more could you ask for? We would love to come back as a family. I was a bit worried about my kids sleeping on a sofa bed for two weeks, but it was actually quite comfortable. All in all, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return.

There were some challenges, but Roberto took care of everything—he was available 24/7 and always ready to help.

Great 2 night stay. Very spacious room, lovely balcony with great view over Palermo. Perfect location just a few steps from Via Maqueda with loads of bars, shops, restaurants etc

Nothing really!

Location is good.

This was the only accommodation we didn’t enjoy in our 2 week Sicily trip. It took more than an hour to find parking and there was no specific advice from the hosts. We stayed in a room with en suite bathroom in a 3 bedroom flat, never met the host, we had to ask via what’s up the essentials (for example WiFi passwords )and were told to leave cash as in the room (which we didn’t have readily available) for the daily charges. I would advise staying at another property as the price was that of a hotel room with none of the amenities a hotel would have provided.

We were given smaller room for the 1st day of our stay then changed to original bigger one.

the location was excellent with plenty of shops around and easy access to sights and train station; and although the balcony was small the view was very good. Good shower.

The stools on the balcony were not very comfortable and a small table would have been a plus.

We liked our stay!
