Dejan and his lovely helper (forgive me for not knowing how to spell you name) were incredible, which only added to the allure of this wonderful residence! Five star in terms of both facilities and service! The location is impossible to beat and Korcula is a beautiful and romantic island. Where else can you find 13 wineries a stones throw from white sandy beaches in the Adriatic! Shout out to Sabulum Winery and their Grk wine—we had a 4-wine wine tasting there (recommended by Marija our taxi driver and Dejan, btw) with what they called a snack, all to die for! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Magnificent!

We got upgraded upon arrival to a lovely spacious room on the top floor after being picked up at the Port. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay and were only a text away. Location is also fantastic. Right out into the middle of all the restaurants and fantastic view from the balcony.

Due to it being an old building with a wooden roof there wasn't much noise insulation from the street below. However, most music stopped by 23:00 and was completely quiet by midnight. Breakfast wasn't of the highest standard but we didn't eat the meat so can't comment on the entire offering.

From the beginning of my stay to the end - my time at this property was brilliant. Such a special treat to stay in such a historic building - with only 5 rooms. Edo was such a helpful staff member.

Zuviteo Residence was an excellent place to stay during our time on Korcula. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and really was quite nice. It is in a prime location in the Old Town, very close to the best restaurants and the most picturesque views. Very short walk to all the attractions in Old Town, and close to transportation as well (ferry terminal, taxis, bus station). The most exceptional thing about our stay was the staff. Dejan was absolutely incredible. He was very friendly and attentive, brought us breakfast every single day at the time that was most convenient for us, and generally went the extra mile. On our final morning, we had an early ferry to catch. Dejan packed us a breakfast the night before, which was very nice. We were running a bit late to the ferry, and he offered us a ride to the ferry terminal in his own car. We would've missed the ferry without him. Thank you Dejan! Stay here if you want a nice hotel, in a great area, with staff who truly care and will make sure you have as nice of a time as possible.

WiFi was a bit slow. That's really the only complaint.
