Loved the rustic feel of the rooms, which were very comfortable and well equipped. Self-catering but well equipped and nice verandas. For eating breakfast. Very friendly and helpful host.

Only one restaurant open at the local hotel - but alternatives were closed or closed early due to closeness to Christmas.

We didn't have the breakfast (but next time think we would) but everything we wanted was in walking distance. What struck us particularly were the thoughtful little things (motion sensor bathroom light, anti-mozzy stuff next to the bed, little pair of scissors next to the kettle etc.). Janine was communicative on our way there & met us when we arrived. A very satisfying little stop.

"Blissfull stay that you would never want to end"

There was not a single thing we didn't absolutely love. Our hosts, who are the loveliest of people, genuinely thought of every single thing that you could possibly need, and it was done with great flare!!!
