Check in automático deixa muito a desejar, pedem como obrigatório os nomes apenas, na hora de entrada ainda foi obrigatório as datas de nascimento e números do CC de todos os hóspedes!! Nunca tal tinha acontecido!! Sem saberem indicar a razão para tal pedido!! (Justificação apresentada, foi a proteção de dados!!! Ainda estou a tentar entender🤔)

Localização, limpeza, relação preço/qualidade. Quarto espaçoso.

Mesmo sendo o colchão rijo, conseguia sentir as molas da cama e havia uma especialmente incomodativa que ainda me deixou com dores no dia seguinte.

O ar condicionado não funcionava, o comando da televisão não se conseguia alterar o volume ou seja não se conseguiu usar, pois estava altíssimo
