Skradin is a gem. The location is fantastic for visiting the park, and the Wine Garden location could not be better in this beautiful little town on the water. You're 10 meters from a fantastic restaurant downstairs, and another 10 to the water where the yachts pull in and vacation. The dozen or so restaurants on the water are all fantastic. Bakeries, bars, and coffee shops are dotted throughout this tiny town and there are a few incredible dinner restaurants that are a must: Konoba Dalmatino and Restauran Skala were fantastic. Domogoj and Ana were amazing hosts of this fun spot. They do wine tasting in their garden which is so relaxing. We had drinks in the garden. The restaurant in front will serve you and if you like wine, it's the perfect spot to enjoy tasting the local wine. We wanted to rent kayaks, so we asked Ana for a referral, but they actually have two doubles that they let guests use for free!!! Domogoj prepped for us and we went on a 4 hour paddle visiting the bay, traveling up river, to the beach, and then exploring the massive yachts lining the docks. What an incredible experience. Skradin and Wine Garden were the highlight of our Croatia trip. Loved it. If you get the opportunity, book and visit.

Honestly, there is not one thing that could have been better. The rooms were perfect, just one flight of stairs up. The garden was amazing and comfortable. The hospitality could not have been better because of their response time, less than a minute via text on WhatsApp. We parked at the public lot and Domogoj let us use their parking pass, so no cost there and we drove up the tiny street and backed directly in front of the door to the building to load and unload luggage. Location was best in the city. Nothing could be better.

We loved the free wine tasting and so definitely recommend doing what we did and buy a bottle and a cheese platter to sit with in the gardens for the evening. We drove up from Zadar and it was a perfect place to stay after doing Krka in the morning. Nothing else like this wine garden in the area! The owners are so personable and friendly. If you whatsapp in advance they will send you info on parking, the location etc

Nothing - the room isn't 5 stars but was perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed.
