Nice hotel 2 minutes walk from the centre of town. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. excellent value for money.

Nothing, all as I would expect from a hotel in this price range.

"A very convenient place to stay"

The staff was very helpful, and the location is great (near the sea, which is about 300 meters away). The wifi works perfectly and you can prepare your own breakfast/dinner in the (large) kitchen. There are fresh towels every day. The place is exactly as advertised: a good location to spend a few nights if you're out a lot (for work or otherwise). It is clearly a guesthouse and not a top-notch hotel, so you (should) know what to expect.

If the bar had been open I would have spent more time there in the evening hours. The stairs to the top floor are very steep.
