Cempaka Borobudur Guest House

This place is dark, dirty and smells of mold. I cannot recommend to stay there. Just for 100k more you can go to Omah Eling up the road, which is much better value for money.

Room so small and towel not very clean

The location and Staff Antii service is excellent.

I believe Champaka Villas rooms need upgrading and renovation. I do not like the Entrance to Champaka Guesthouse which is not the Villas.

The staff is so kind, providing more information and helpful. Connecting us with a local guide to have a photographer and car tour. This is also close to Borobudur Temple. I can go there by walking. I would say the place is quite strategic. The fried rice has a nice taste, delicious!

This guest house has no proper parking space for a car. So we park in the "neighbor parking", local citizens. Then heading to the guest house by walking, however, it was a rainy day, and the street was not good (wet). The location is side by side with a public cemetery/burial. For some people, it's scary. They don't have a credit card EDC machine, they also don't accept direct settlement from booking.com a place I booked from. So everything is only valid for cash OR local bank transfer.

Location is perfect very close to.the exit from borobuder temple. Short walk in to main town.and many eating places close by. Lady that runs it is full.of smiles, cooks a good local breakfast and is helpful.in all ways. This guesthouse is at the end of a small alleyway way and so well away from.the main road. It is a single floor row of rooms each with a terrace ourside

Not a lot of space with a big double bed in the room. There were quite a lot of ants about but it is a hotel at the edge of town.
