close to train station

very noisy outside till gone midnight traffic noise bathroom not very clean in general could be cleaner

No door numbers or on keys so trying every door to see which room we had 1 parking space out the back which was already taken ( it states it has parking it doesn’t) Constant banging of doors all night long and wooden flooring so can hear walking around all the time and stairs creeking Window wouldn’t shut fully Blind was broken and wouldn’t close properly so letting light in All cupboards full of junk

Clean and tidy

No plug for bath was not kingsize deluxe as advertised was not disabled accessible which was requested 1 towel provided for 2 people no milk or coffee in room tv smaller than a picture that was on the wall and wasn't working properly fridge available for booking .com guests was unusable due to being dirty and smelly

WiFi and TV channels

Bedroom next to bathroom...slamming and banging excessive traffic noise...sound of other people's TV's
