Camera molto pulita e personale gentilissimo.

Lovely rooms and common area. It worked well for our group of 8, as we were the only guests there for 4 nights. The photos show the lovely view, and it is really a nice home and spacious flat. Towels and bath products were very nice, and the kitchen offered complimentary coffee and tea and a few packaged sweets for breakfast. The center of town is just a 10-minute sometimes-steep walk downhill. Parking was very handy.

A stay here could be a bit uncomfortable with strangers occupying other rooms. The house has a full kitchen, but preparing or eating meals there is prohibited, according to the house rules (which we found a couple of days into our stay), even if one has exclusive use of the place. We did not know this. As a group, we had hoped to prepare healthy breakfasts for our full days of hiking/walking rather than going into town for a traditional coffee and pastry. The owner seemed offended when we asked whether there was a pan we could use to prepare some eggs. Apparently the stove is covered up to prevent guests from using it. The house rules (on a laminated card) and other guests’ comments on Booking suggested that we could use the washing machine, but the owner said he could not offer its use to guests who booked via Booking. We were the only guests there for 4 nights, and the house rules suggested that we could make arrangements to use the washing machine for a stay of 4 nights, with exclusive use of the flat. The owner refused, even when we offered to pay something extra to do laundry. He said that the machine was only for the use of staff for linens, and that if absolutely necessary, he could do a load of laundry for us.

Sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer! Alles top. Das Bad war riesig und die Dusche hatte einen Lichtstrahl mit Farbwechsel. Die Unterkunft hat ein paar Zimmer entlang eines Flures. Ich und auch mein Partner haben von den andern Gästen nichts mitbekommen. Ansonsten waren die Fenster auch sehr schalldicht. Alessandro ist ein liebevoller Gastgeber, der uns alles zeigte (es gab sogar ein kleines italienisches Frühstück, ohne dass es angekündigt war oder man bezahlen musste). Hilfreiche und super schnelle Kommunikation mit Alessandro via booking, selbst zu später Tageszeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wyposażenie pokoju oraz dostęp do w pełni wyposażonej kuchni jest mocną strona obiektu. Na zewnątrz jest kilka miejsc parkingowych. Spacer ok. 10 minut do pobliskich restauracji. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu

Juste peut être avoir eu 1 salle de bain individuelle par chambre.
