The place was clean

The security personnel need training on how to communicate with guest and the price we paid definitely not worth the place

The rooms, my bed was comfortable

Showers, they can do with a bit of scrubbing of tiles.

There is nothing to like about the place.

The environment was not clean There was no staff We waited for more than 30mins for the gate to be opened when we arrived. Breakfast was supposed to be served by 7am but we had to wait for an hour for breakfast, eggs were burnt.

The staff were polite

The images painted a different picture. The extra payment for a larger room proved impractical and not worth the money. The yard was also in a mess. In the end, I chose to forfeit the entire amount I had paid rather than staying a nights there.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern.

The checkin. We were first taken into another room only, to be moved into another one a fee hours later. However, the room we were moved to seemed occupied as there were clothes in the wardrobe and other items in the fridge- I was very confused… Breakfast was ok but the mince looked and smelled funny, the viennas also had an unusual taste so I only had the scrambled eggs with toast

the staff was very welcoming and the room clean and comfortable.
