Es una casa preciosa muy cuidada y con mucho gusto.

Quizá el emplazamiento pero no me importa en absoluto y de hecho es casi mejor, un paraíso un pelín escondido. Me gusta

La casa es genial, la atención muy correcta

Silvana la propietaria es tajante en los horarios de salida, en nuestro caso nos hizo sentir muy incomodos con su actitud, incluso sin haber llegado nadie a la piscina nos obligo a abandonarla a las 12 en punto. Nos hizo el favor de dejarnos esperar dentro de la casa a que llegara nuestro transporte. Muy mal ya que si hubiera sido por ella nos manda a la calle a 40 grados. Su marido por el.contrario es muchos más educado y nos explicó las razones y estamos seguros que fue por el quien nos permitió esperar dentro.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming host The host was unkind and made it clear she does not like tourists, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Unreasonable charges She attempted to charge €30 for a missing towel — a bizarre accusation, especially as she was the last to see it. Lack of basic amenities Only two small bottles of water were provided over a 3-day stay. No windows in the rooms, which made them feel claustrophobic. Same pool towels were expected to be reused for all 3 days. No fresh towels provided during the stay. Poor customer care Upon checkout, she left us waiting in the street in the sun with no shade while waiting for an airport taxi — even though I was traveling with my child. No itemised billing was given at checkout — very unprofessional. Location issues The property is isolated — public transport is about 2 miles away, so a car is necessary. Poor value for money The breakfast was extremely stingy for €20 — not worth the price (two pieces of toast, one banana, 3 strawberries / cherries), two hot drinks, glass of orange.

Great location away from the busy areas but still close. The building, garden and decor are all exquisite. The attention to detail is very evident. The views are stunning. The service was perfect and welcoming. The room facilities were all very good too.

Worst experience ever I had a problem arriving to checkout time that was 12 I told her via WhatsApp that there is to much traffic and that I will arrive late she said it’s fine then I arrived 40 min late and I find all my clothes bags etc in the floor of the reception they touched my stuff without my permission that’s horrible

Horrible women in reception they take all my stuff from the room and throw it in reception without my permission!!!!!

This has been an excellent experience. This hotel is beautiful and super clean the owner went out of her way to make everything perfect. Would love to stay here longer this has been one of the best hotels in Spain would recommend 100%
