Big plus, daily cleaning! The host is very kind and they will help you with anything you need!

We had a truly wonderful stay here. And made really special memories we will cherish. This is a special guesthouse indeed. The accommodation provided everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay: a comfortable bed, immaculate cleanliness (our room was thoroughly cleaned daily), a large fridge, ample storage, air conditioning and a fan, as well as a good sized bathroom with a nice shower. We slept very soundly every night and always enjoyed coming back to this tranquil and relaxing place after a day at the beach or exploring Goa. Beyond the amenities, what really sets this place apart and makes it incredibly special is the warmth, hospitality and dedication of Nandita and her mother. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable, personal and memorable as possible. Their invaluable tips about the best day trips in the region, the best restaurants and cafés, how best to get around, and hidden gems in the area transformed our experience. Our trip simply wouldn’t have been the same without their local knowledge. The location is ideal: centrally positioned yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Calangute, offering a peaceful retreat both at night and during the daytime. Set back in a beautiful private garden, far from passing traffic, it felt like a tranquil oasis. It is just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, where we enjoyed amazing sunsets sat in one of the laid-back beach bars. We were genuinely sad to leave and definitely intend to come back and stay here again - hopefully for longer next time!

Nandita was super helpful and always went out of her way to help us. Whenever we had any questions or issues she replied straight away and sorted it. She gave us loads of recommendations of restaurants, things to do and places to see in Goa. She also helped us to rent a scooter and organise a day tour to the Dudhsagar falls. Her mother was also very friendly and always came to chat to us when she saw us. The room was as described and got cleaned everyday, it was very spacious and never got too hot. The place is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the beach and also walkable to all the busy areas without having to deal with any noise. There’s a big garden and terrace for outdoor seating. The area is all secure with a gate and is just off the main road. There’s also Nandita’s numerous cats and dogs that are friendly.

It was such a lovely stay; it would have been great if we had more time there. The property is very quiet and clean, and you have direct access to your room from a beautiful, green garden. Outside the room, there is a sitting area overlooking the garden, with chairs and a table, so you can relax or enjoy a meal there. There is also a small kitchen in the garden available for guests, where you can prepare your own food. This was a real blessing for us, as one of us got food poisoning, and we really needed some safe food. Nandita, the owner, is the most helpful and caring host ever. She gave us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. She was also incredibly supportive when one of us got sick, providing local probiotics and checking in several times to see if the situation had improved. She even allowed us to store our belongings in the room and use it after check-out (for free), as we had a late flight and there were no other reservations for that day. Additionally, she arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. Nandita’s father was also very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we experienced, and if we ever return to Goa, we would love to stay there again. It’s definitely a place we highly recommend. As for the location, the property is situated on a side street off the main road, where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. As it is on a side street, you get all the peace and quiet you want, so you can enjoy a relaxing evening in the garden and sleep without disturbance and at the same time whenever you want to do something fun go to the main road, and check out some shops, bars, restaurants. Thus, location is perfect! Besides, the property is also very close to the beach, just a few minutes away, and you can easily return to the property for a short break during the day. Wi-Fi works perfectly, and you can take a warm shower at any time of the day!

Everything was perfect, location is quiet and convenient. Here you live in green, clean and beautiful garden. There is a little terrace near entrance with chairs and table, and unusual chair. Guesthouse turn you in old European atmosphere of relax. Through this place we getting in love with India and want to come back again here to have a perfect holiday. But the most important here is great relatioship from host Nandita and her family, which owns this place. They will help you with your entertainments, places to eat and much more as you want.
