We could walk one block to the main street and had a choice of restaurants- The Courtyard - (amazing inside courtyard , great food and waitresses, and Rome style pizza ) and Restaurant 51 are both excellent- highly recommended. I also liked that two blocks up the street at the Pottery House we had tea and cream scones for breakfast .

Basically everything. Location - walking distance from the hub of the town.

No filter coffee provided (there was a plunger). Limited coffee pods and rusks. Inside shower wetting floor and shower mat. Fortunately, there was an outside shower that we enjoyed using.

When a return visit is good, then you know. ..

The owners were very helpful, the unit is finished to a high standard.

The streaming television service didn't work, unfortunately.

The host was very friendly and informative. The cottage was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and upmarket. Walking distance from the restaurants and shops, quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay their again.

Everything was perfect.

We were only going to stay for 2 nights, and we decided to extend our stay with two more. The unit was excellent, just lovely hosts going out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible with loads of recommendations of where to eat and where to go. The unit has absolutely everything you need with extra coffee and rusks brought to us on the 3rd day. This will be my go-to place in McGregor from now on. Didn't want to leave!

Nothing not to like.

Didi was a considerate, excellent host. The welcome was friendly and efficient and the accommodation had all that we needed . Didi is a generous host whose attention to detail, regarding warmth , coffee , biscuits etc. made us feel most welcome . She thought of everything.
