Staff we're friendly, and excellent value for money!

Room & washroom were clean and hygienic. Swimming pool was clean. Staff was Good.

Room was so small and not walkable distance from the beach.

It was a home from home of which my host Ruban was excellent for putting me at ease with kindness trust & no request was refused so my expectations increased for these reasons. I fell on my feet on my first visit to India & I was not disappointed in the slightest ! I was not expecting a holiday of a life time in India but this is the closest I have been on & the people are so friendly imho. Highly recommended for the friendliest host "Ruban" & I wish it to go on record that he went above his duties to make my stay more than welcoming & my rule of thumb is when in Rome do as the Romans do & I did. An unforgettable experience of my first trip which cannot be duplicated or repeated but I will sure try again sometime in the future as it was value for money for what was on offer ! Thank you for reading & especially to Ruban now my Friend. Adios Amigo : )

Not being able to stay in my original room as it was already pre-booked prior to my travel dates, so I upgraded to stay at the Franria & I was not disappointed or let down.

The location was great. In a quiet back street but walkable to the main areas and beaches. Our host was very friendly, approachable and helpful. The pool was lovely and refreshing (it doesn't get the sun) Having a kettle and a fridge in the room were welcome. Nice hot shower. Our balcony had the sun all day. A spacious room. It was great to have a separate seating area from the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely stay again if I was in Goa.
