Seems really strict at first impression but finally is nice. The owner offered me to change room to be more comfortable at 1st floor because I was leaving early but I would not have been comfortable staying longer in this room with very thin paper wall.

Not be allowed to leave the luggages before and after check-in (I should have ask for pick up at station because it's 15min but with the heavy backpack it was a struggle). Shower room not so clean

The location was great: right in the heart of Miyazaki not too far from the station. The owner is an incredibly nice guy who is very passionate about showing off all of the great things about Miyazaki prefecture. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the owner did everything he could to make the stay as comfortable as possible. He also helped me get to see places in Miyazaki that I otherwise would not have been able to get to on this trip. This guest house is truly a hidden gem, and very well worth the price!
