Wonderful apartment, everything was fabulous. Nothing was missing, everything was thought of and that view...it feels like you're on a cruise!! One of the most wonderful experiences! Thank you very much!!!

Location and view. The property was very clean and well equipped for a family. Mauro was very helpful.

The apartment is modern, beautiful and has a great view overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer. It's about 16 minutes walk to the old town and Trenline station. Five minutes walk to a supermarket. Mauro is very accommodating. He has good communication skills. we did not have a car, and Mauro arranged the taxi driver for us as we needed. He was very helpful.

The host was amazing. He let us into the property early and gave us lots of recommendations and a tour of the flat. If we needed anything he responded very quickly and was friendly. The place was clean and a great size and it was very close to a small beach and supermarket. Would highly recommend.

The Air con didn’t go get very cold.

The Balcony and views are just fabulous, the apartment so modern and clean. Mauro so helpful...really couldn't fault this place in anyway

Nothing. When booking we had some worries about finding a parking. However, there are a couple of huge free of charge parkings in vicinity of the flat and we always found a good spot (time of travel: May 2024).

You have to organize breakfast yourself, but it's not a problem, because there is a very well-equipped supermarket 150 m from the building. About the same distance there is a bakery where you can buy a fresh croissant and have some great coffee. A very modern apartment, located in a new building, in the first line to the sea. Spectacular view. A large terrace allows you to relax at any time of the day. Very clean.

Nothing, because everything was great!

This apartment is new, modern, clean, spacious and has all the amenities, including great WiFi, a washing machine, an espresso maker, a kitchenette, and a wrap-around top-floor terrace with fabulous views. We parked easily on the street and walked easily to the centro storico and easily to the train station for a day trip to Polignano a Mare. Best of all, Mauro was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive to any questions we had, and he made great restaurant recommendations. A very comfortable and pleasant stay all around. Monopoli is a lovely town. Highly recommend this stay!
